PAC-MAN game for IIT Bombay campus map

On 1st April 2017, Google Maps revived the legendary PACMAN. Almost every 90’s kids played it. After getting involved in studies, chores of life, we forget our childhood.
In a premiere technical institute like IIT Bombay, we have got too many things, to get ourselves busy with. What we forget are those golden memories, those pixelated delights.
To revive that game in us, we had to develop it for cutting edge devices. The context was important. We decided to design it over the IIT Bombay campus map. Each time we played we happened to relate to our campus, know some unknown roads.

A web app to explore and navigate in Mumbai. It is designed specially for tablet users.

One can pan or rotate, holding the tablet in hand. The information and markers will be rendered on top of the image of the buildings as processed by image processing APIs.

User chooses one from different buildings/places as shown on the live image and know different information about that specific building or place and ways to walk, drive or navigate to that place.

This is an ‘analog clock learning kit’ for kids

With this device kids can learn to see time in analog format. It is very useful for brain development of kids. It helps them to understand meanings in position, values, sizes etc.

Through this kit, kids will be setting time from analog to digital and vice versa. They can play games together and compete for a challenge. After their learning period, they can reuse it for other subject studies.
